
Absolutely appalling customer service from @shoptemu “proof of delivery” from Evri is not my house, yet Temu are saying they investigated and it was delivered so they won’t resend or refund me! Last time I let my daughter order from them

@O2 I have emailed twice with no reply in 3 weeks. I want to raise a formal complaint as you are failing to provide the service I’m paying for. Please send me a deadlock letter so I can pass my complaint to ombudsman services, directly (Ofcom’s advice)
