Absolutely appalling customer service from @shoptemu “proof of delivery” from Evri is not my house, yet Temu are saying they investigated and it was delivered so they won’t resend or refund me! Last time I let my daughter order from them

@Georgeatasda just received a delivery that I cannot open because there are glass splinters coming out of the box. Customers Services say I can’t return it and they won’t refund unless I open it and send pictures 😳

@O2 FORMAL COMPLAINT. FIVE weeks ago I started requesting a deadlock letter to pass my complaint to ombudsman services, directly - as per Ofcom’s advice - I still haven’t had any contact at all. All emails and tweets will be included in the complaint.

@VirginAtlantic catalog of issues when flying with you. Broken seat in recline crushing legs for over 9 hrs, tv & tray hanging off,broken jagged arm rest, dairy allergy meal ordered, given chocolate mousse!No air con until we took off, absolute unbearable heat, no entertainment
