C'est la 1ère fois que j'entends un Président de la République parler aussi précisément des externes et des internes en médecine. Et il a raison. Les étudiants et les internes participent à faire tourner l'hôpital. Ils sont pleinement engagés comme soignants. Ne les oublions pas.
