@Austen I don’t think it’s possible for a company to cover 100% of childcare — that would be crazy expensive. I so do think there are other ways they can help though, such as: - a stipend per month - a network of preferred providers - if the company is big enough: on-site facility

It’s crazy that companies will offer benefits like gym memberships, massages, happy hour etc before they offer the one benefit that will make a huge difference for people: CHILDCARE

Just got some amazing advice from an old colleague I hadn't seen in 5+ years. When choosing a company to be a part of, consider the people first and foremost. I cannot stress this enough. Those colleagues will one day make up your network and have a huge impact on your future.

We’ve spent more time than we would have liked @seattlechildren’s this past month. The staff and care has been beyond incredible, so much so that @TweetVonChris wrote his first Google review from the ER last night. Grateful.
