@JetBlue A schedule change broke my connection. Phone supervisors refuse to waive the fee even though a passenger on my exact flight got a waiver. They even falsely claimed 'the DOT forces us to charge fees.' Can someone from corporate please help?
Delayed 4 hours 15 mins in DR airport, @JetBlue, no compensation no meal vouchers nothing…… it’s 100 degrees in here. JetBlue used to be a decent airline.
@JetBlue delayed for 4 hours in the DR 100 degree airport at the last minute, no compensation, no meal vouchers, just an Eff u, this used to be a good airline.
Specifically, the tweet from @JetBlue read, “Try clearing your cache and cookies or booking with an incognito window. We’re sorry for your loss.” Customer had to go to a funeral and to his shock price was increased after searching for possible cheaper tickets.
@JetBlue count your days, your support staff has no form of empathy or compassion for customers. I sat on a call for three hours only to be told that my agent I was dealing with was unable to connect me with a supervisor due to the fact that they didn't want to help me
@JetBlue scammed me out of my money — sold me an exit row seat without “clearly” stating they don’t recline before purchase. why am I paying to provide an airline emergency services??
@JetBlue@Delta@united I have a question. How does the government allow airlines to price gouge. Plane ticket from New York to Santiago Dominican Republic on December 18to 27 round-trip, economy $940 same trip on December 20 $1846.00
@SouthwestAir What kind of airline doesn't allow a parent(s) to board early with an infant &a car seat. I've never seen/heard anything like this. I can't change my plans now this will have a major affect going forward. We could've flown @JetBlue with a similar rate. #terrible
@JetBlue 12 days have passed since I last saw my suitcase at the Madrid airport. Where is it? How can I ever think about flying JetBlue again when you have lost many of my belongings? Please find my bag and get it back to me!
