For the past 6 weeks, I've been taking my formula of GLOW trying to heal this tendonitis in my shoulder. Daily: 2mg - BPC-157 1.5mg - TB-500 5mg - GHK-CU I administer half in the morning, half at night. Along with the PT, I can say I'm finally turning a corner. People might say that's way too much, but I've seen no negative side effects from these amounts. My skin is better than it's ever been, very noticeable. The first 4 weeks, I was running a small amount of GH, but I dropped it because I hate all the water that comes along with it. I would rather not be a bloated whale. The stuff I was using is trash, not worth it.

I skipped cardio for one week because of a strained hip flexor, here’s what happened: 1. My ability to recover in between sets lowered dramatically. Especially on heavy compound lifts. Even with 5 min between sets, I was struggling with each consecutive set. 2. Overall endurance was shite, fatigue kicked in early, leg days were by far the worst. I will never be skipping cardio again. Minimum 2hrs throughout the week. That’s a non-negotiable.

@doctorcalf I’m not willing to sacrifice my libido for anything period end of story. Call me a base creature, but I don’t want that diminished even for a second! I will make another run at it however and go super low with the dose. That’ll be Reta trial attempt number four :)

Rent vs sell. Here’s the numbers. Our tenants signed a 2 year lease. The house is 4 years old so I didn’t factor in any huge repairs but there will be some, ofc. We owe $218k on the house so if we sold we’d be looking at ~$130k (tax free, section 121) and would need > 10% returns on that $ to beat renting. Renting seems like the winner for now… what am I missing?

The argument that I see the most for renting over owning a home is that “you can invest the difference and outperform the mortgage/appreciation” This sounds excellent on paper. Does anyone know what % of renters are doing this and actually outperforming? In my very small sample size of screening tenants, it appears to be zero. I’d bet it’s less than 1%.

@toro__training First couple of days is tough, you have really good core strength already, but just know it’s going to take some time to get back to normal. Planks will be humbling, start slow, you’ll get back to normal in no time.

I have a hernia surgery coming up. I have stacked up with vitamin C & D, magnesium, electrolytes, collagen, and I will be eating over 300g of protein daily. But I am also preparing mentally. I accepted the situation a while ago. The hernia is barely noticeable and doesn’t bother me, but I would rather fix it now than later. I am focused on the steps I can control for a smooth recovery, and I fully believe I will heal quickly. In a couple of days, I will be back training clients in person (they will have to load things, I already gave them a heads-up). The extra time off from lifting will be dedicated to long walks, breath work, and visualizing healing.

@TheShreddington Do you titrate up, or jump straight to 3? My last go round I jumped to 4 way too quick and got a ton of water. This time Im starting low and going up very slow. So far so good.

After about 6 weeks back on a 100mg TRT maintenance dose following my first tiny cycle, I feel perfect, exactly like my old self. Less variables & pinning is nice as well. I'm staying here long-term. The only addition I'll make is MT2, that stuff just works.

I have same bad news. If while lifting, at fairly regular intervals, you do not have a sense of fear that the weight on the bar will squish you, you are not training hard enough. You need to be pushing the limits of what your mind thinks it can handle. Doing it safely. But regularly challenging yourself with more weight or reps.
