This is what “railroading” legislation means. You fillet the witness list to exclude anybody negative. You vote down every single amendment - not even tiny changes. And voila, an oven-ready policy fiasco is ready to swing into disastrous action.

Assisted dying bill: thread 1. The most common predictors that a homicide had been staged as something else: the victim is suffering domestic abuse; the homicide is staged as a suicide; the controlling partner finds the body or is at the scene. This is research.

We’re still seeing the new footage of the Washington air crash over and over again on TV. We’re watching the point of death of identifiable people. It will be causing untold distress to loved ones and friends. This was a hard lesson learned after 9/11.
