@MrShane1980 @DailyMailUK I like him. I usually have no problems with innocent people who are not charged with a crime. You must be a Trump supporter. You like people who commit crimes. 🤷‍♀️

Being a firearms officer in London is one of the world's toughest jobs. Officers - volunteers - know the responsibility/accountability that comes with it and deserve our support. Ill-informed commentary from those in positions of power following any tragic incident is unwarranted

@RogerthePolice @LBC I suspect t hun e evidence is overwhelming against the cop. And the police and mayor are trying to get ahead of it. Interesting developments.

@LBC That makes a bad situation even worse, as it police officers clearly trying to influence an investigation in favour of their colleague.

@MikeAyriss @MPFed @NormanBrennan I agree. But I just it’s unfair that the dead individual gets dragged through the mud before he can be proven to be guilty. Innocent until proven guilty is slowing diminishing.

@Londoner910 @MPFed @NormanBrennan Whatever it may sound like, an enquiry should be allowed to happen. There is no justice in pre-judging. Nor is there any in appeasement.

@MPFed Interested to know your thoughts and standing if the “brave” officer is found to be guilty. Remember a criminal gross misconduct notice was issued. Clearly there are facts in play the public dont know yet. Best to wait for the investigation and remain impartial

The Metropolitan Police Federation is supporting a brave firearms colleague involved in a recent incident in South London - and we are also supporting their family. Our thoughts are with all affected. The Federation will be making no further comment at this time.

@MikeAyriss @MPFed @NormanBrennan What about the criminal gross mis conduct notices? It reeks to me like an officer making a fatal misjudgment and the police distancing themselves of it. Time will tell. But i hope people do make an example of the officer if they’re found guilty.

@MPFed @NormanBrennan I am dismayed at those who have chosen seemingly to judge whilst not in possession of the full facts & pre-empting the outcome of an enquiry. Officers make split second decisions, not afforded the luxury of time that the enquiry will have. Suspension smacks of appeasement.

@MPFed I would say with certainty that the officer did exactly what he signed up to do. He has my respect.🇬🇧

@duncanda51 @NickVin43744867 @MPFed They might know something the public don’t. I.e evidence to suggest the officer may have fucked up. So want to get ahead of the public outcry. Idk 🤷🏾the escalation of this investigation is making me doubt the officers actions.

Chris Kaba was 24 years old. He was about to become a father. But last week he was pulled over by police officers, shot and killed. He was unarmed. This evening I attended a vigil to remember Chris, demanding justice for him and his family.

It's been a week since Chris Kaba was fatally shot by police in Streatham Hill. The IOPC has now declared this a homicide investigation. It's unacceptable that the officer who fired this shot has still not been suspended by the Met yet. londonnewsonline.co.uk/chris-kaba-mps…
