Fantastic guard on the busy @CrossCountryUK 13:12 BHM to Newquay service. Really friendly and professional, helping passengers find seats and helping them with luggage too.
Delay on the 20:22 @TPExpressTrains service from LIV to YRK. Missed last connection at MAN but fantastic conductor kept us updated and helped with alternative transport. TPE staff at MAN equally friendly and helpful. Great service all round.
Great service by @CalSleeper last night! Thanks to your control team for holding the train at Crewe for a passenger on my ATW service who had been delayed. Saved him a lot of trouble! Much appreciated.
