Alright, I put in as much as I could in validating this and spoke with 3 experts - an options trader with over a decade experience, 2 with over 20 years experience (each) in finance, 1 of which is a guru and knows the Bloomberg Terminal inside and out. First, let me get the obvious out of the way - I'm not as "Rico suave" as @Cancelcloco_ when making these videos. Second, recognize the information in a terminal is only as good as the person inputting the info. THAT SAID...the "MATH just isn't MATHING!" Where does this $11.8 BILLION come from?!? Experts reviewed and all agree it is a debt reopening/offering in the amount of $11.8 billion. @FBI Also at the scene when MMTLP became tradeable was Canaccord Genuity. Another firm with a long history of Market Manipulation including listing securities on the OTC without a reasonable basis for believing the information was accurate. Wait... doesn't that describe MMTLP?

If @FINRA revealed that it was GTS and or Canaccord that was involved with getting MMTLP tradeable, all of their disclosures would show that they fit the description of market manipulators and people would question why they weren't being investigated. And why aren't they being investigated? It could be Ari Rubenstein's (the CEO of GTS Securities) relationship with FINRA dating back to at least 2017. (images 1 & 2) And when it comes to an issuer's security trading on the OTC without their permission, MMTLP wouldn't be the first time that Ari Rubenstein and GTS were involved... Shortly before MMTLP, Overstock's OSTKO traded on the OTC without their permission. When Overstock complained guess what FINRA did! (images 3 & 4) Nothing, they sided with their good buddy Ari Rubenstein and allowed it to continue. In the case of Overstock, both their regular stock and their dividend squeezed to some degree. Given how close these squeezes occurred to the MMTLP Fiasco, one might conclude that the U3 halt was initiated to prevent a recurrence.

In Aug 2023, @NormaJTorres sent a letter to the SEC and FINRA demanding transparency for affected $MMTLP shareholders in her district. 2 1/2 years later, her constituents still feel ignored, unanswered, and left without meaningful follow-up.
