I talked about all of this on X and in my discord 3+ years. No amount of bodily optimization matters if the machine you're playing on is lagging. You can never achieve your true ability in the presence of added latency on top of your biological latency. People can differentiate 1ms (potentially sub-ms) changes in input latency reliably. This is widely misunderstood & not studied enough.
