@lufthansa what abysmal customer service. I flew from MIA to FRA on June 25th I had paid for a “cash upgrade” to fly business class. I selected seat 87k in the upper the deck. The upper deck was then closed due to technical issues… I was downgrade to economy, no compensation?!

@lufthansa What a harrowing experience with your airline! Myself and my team were supposed to fly from Heathrow to Munich on 1st July but flight was rescheduled to next day due to whether conditions. We were given a QR Code to scan and book the room for that night stay. Even after waiting for 45 minutes it didn’t happen.

@T_Fus @united United’s International Service is the worst in the industry. I stopped flying them. Pay more and fly Lufthansa or another European airline. Domestic carriers are the worst. Another colleague just dropped United because of service and delays. They don’t care

An all time low for @united today. 935pm flight to Paris, delayed until 230 AM for maintenance requiring a new plane to come in. All pax wait and at 130AM the gate agent tells us the first officer timed out and the flight is cancelled. This might be my final straw with them.

@chrisschmitz @lufthansa 14 years as a Senator card holder and I never received any type of lifetime status, a thank you, nothing. What i did receive was numerous pilot, flight attendant strikes, refusal to refund more than 4k of cancelled flights during the beginning of covid, and many more fun times!

Today I realized that @lufthansa Miles and More Miles, even "old" ones, are now being purged after 36 Months. The only reason I have a LH credit card is the fact that its supposed to keep your miles forever. Worst Airline Group in the world. 7 figure miles, poof.
