Using the same data but split into bins from speed "fast", "medium", "slow". Classify speed bin from CMJ and DJ height as well as relative squat. Helps provide objective numbers for player goals in speed positions. (numbers different in squat/jump as not all squatted)

Pushing/overcoming isometrics = very high contraction load in little time seems to increase stiffness. Yelding Isometrics = 30-45 seconds in contraction seems to decrease stiffness by stress relaxation mechanisms
