@im2xtraig@EnKISaiYan@MmaFraud@FightFanatic_ Yeah, Hokit doesn’t get any closer to a title shot by beating a washed fat Derrick Lewis. He should’ve just waited until he could fight Cortez Acosta or Pavlovich.
@EnKISaiYan@MmaFraud@FightFanatic_ He obviously got hit a ton in that fight, but I thought his awkward personality had him moving like he got wobbled even when he wasn’t recovering from a shot.
@MmaFraud@FightFanatic_ He got noticeably wobbled on several occasions and like someone else pointed out… By a nearly 300 pound man.
Not to mention they both landed 50-70 punches a round.
I mean Retarded is an understatement.
@murph_2911@MegRemSoftball Your supposed to slide anyways just to cover your ass. Usually umpires don’t care about contact if the runner did their part to avoid it which includes an attempt to slide.
@MegRemSoftball She’s trying to score and the catcher is blocking the plate and it’s unclear whether she’s actually touched home or not. I’m not sure exactly what she (the runner) was supposed to do in that situation.
This is a first that I’ve ever seen: challenging a call and you end up getting 3 strikes against you😅
Call on the field was out. Alabama challenged the call (obstruction on catcher) and ending up confirming the call was out, the runner at 3rd was ruled out because of the interference and then finally the runner going into home got a warning issues. You usually always see the catchers getting the short end of the stick but this time it’s the runner plus some.
@Stoogingggg@JoshOnAir@MmaUnderdogz Yeah he’s a light heavyweight fighting at heavyweight because he knows it’s easier to win a title at heavyweight because the fighters are so unskilled.
@JoshOnAir@MmaUnderdogz Hokit isn’t really a heavyweight. He’s like 6’1, he shouldn’t be really fighting at heavyweight but I don’t think he wants to cut weight.
@qliczyy@The_Cam_Harris@HawksWing_14@UFCNews Lewis got hit with 1 hard shot by Waldo Cortez Acosta and he literally gave up. Imagine if Hokit uses his speed and pressure to crack Lewis with a hard combo.
Josh Hokit (174) and Curtis Blaydes (177) combine for 354 significant strikes, a new three-round heavyweight record and the 3rd most combined significant strikes in any three-round UFC fight. #UFC327
@qliczyy@The_Cam_Harris@HawksWing_14@UFCNews Derrick Lewis is dogshit right now. The only way he wins fights is lucky KO’s. Las time he fought he literally gave up as soon as he got cracked.
@TACOBJT98@BrysonLegion Even par would put him tied for 24th which is absolutely a good place to be in the masters. Even the best golfers in the world finish way back on the leaderboard quite often.
Misses the double bogey putt and makes triple bogey...
Well, guys, I am disappointed, but I know this will light a fire in his belly and we will be back!
@unaveragefan@MikeGoated7@BamaVisualz@TheFieldOf68 They won’t win a natty because they don’t spend the money they need to to get good enough players. Alabama doesn’t have 2 billionaires backing their program and they have to divide their money between 3 sports where they’re all top 10 in.
TRENDING: Alabama transfer Aiden Sherrell is commanding 4 million out of the portal😭 per @TheFieldOf68
This is what 11 and 6 gets u in college basketball LMAO
Yea shoutout Nate for not matching that. We can get way better cheaper
@KL100865@neppy Costco’s a great place to work but it’s extremely hard to get hired there. There’s very few job opportunities because the turnover rate is so low due to how great they treat their workers.
@Stroganoff_King@calvinfroedge Because the third party would also be shit. Politicians are horrible at meeting your needs unless you have a shit ton of money to lobby them.
@calvinfroedge Both sides always being shit in the end makes you wonder why no one ever votes for a third party to win for once like the few times it happened with the first few presidents after the Revolutionary War.
@BarstoolGruden@ChevyTrucks How tall is he really?
I’m guessing 5’8”.
Well, one advantage is when he takes snaps under center the defense probably can’t see him.
But will he be a successful NFL QB?
No one knows for sure.
But the odds say no.
@NickL4D2_Bot@Chad_Glapion@Bitcoin_Teddy You're ignoring all of the engineering that the firms were required to do to meet the demands of their contract. Without incentives to secure the contract payout, there would be no GPS. And your analogy is also flawed. Just because someone identifies a problem doesn't mean-
@NickL4D2_Bot@Chad_Glapion@Bitcoin_Teddy For your GPS example there were many private contractors involved in the original development of it. These include Rockwell, Magnavox, Texas Instruments, IMB. If you also include NASA’s subcontractors you can add General Dynamics and Martin Marietta to the list.
@NickL4D2_Bot@Chad_Glapion@Bitcoin_Teddy And private contractors were all heavily involved in the creation of all that technology. They’re incentivized to help innovate in order to make more money.
@Lukewm01@Chad_Glapion@Bitcoin_Teddy I guess mathematics was never invented. No incentive to do so. A shame.
You're aware most revolutionary tech are made by the public agencies, right? Like GPS, microprocessors, etc.
@kennytimeonsax@Seth_3773 It’s extremely difficult not to guess when everyone is throwing 95+ with a bunch of guys sitting at 100+ these days. Combine that with highly optimized off-speed pitches and you have a league dominated by pitching.
@Seth_3773 Agreed. Too many hitters are straight up guessing instead of hitting the ball that’s pitched to them. Worse is they don’t seem to be able to comprehend this process, since they’ve been taught to guess for so long.
This is one of the worst pro baseball takes I’ve heard (read) on X.
Baseball is more talented than ever, however their skill level is lower than before the 90s
90s - 2005 is probably the highest skill level players ever.
@Bitcoin_Teddy How much of this is because "Capitalism works" and how much is because of advancements in science and technology which naturally occur over time as humans learn more?
