Tech support at @TalkTalk are the dumbest numbnuts ever to have used a computer. I've been chatting to them for nearly an hour to sort a problem with port forwarding for a Bedrock server and they're still asking me about what flipping browser I am using & if I can access iPlayer

@IcelandFoods if you're wondering why people are abandoning their shopping baskets it could be because when a customer adds things to their cart then logs in via My Orders, you delete everything from the basket. Massive waste of my time this evening.

Apple TV has the worst front end of any streaming service. Lack of information, poorly designed interface, difficult to know where you are or what you can view. Unless you know exactly what you want to watch. How the fuck do they still have subscribers?
