It is three years since Thomas went missing, please keep his family in your thoughts 🙏🏻 ANNIVERSARY APPEAL - THOMAS FLOOD Thomas Flood was reported missing on 17 April 2023. The 49-year-old was last seen leaving his home in Dublin 1, Ireland at 11:02hrs the day before on Sunday 16 April. Described as 5ft 2in in height and of medium build, Thomas is bald with blue eyes and wears glasses. He was wearing a grey bubble jacket, dark grey top, dark jeans and brown shoes with white soles. It was established Thomas took a train to Howth from Drumcondra Station. At 12:38hrs he got on a bus from Howth village, disembarking at 12:42hrs near the Summit Inn pub. He is seen walking towards The Summit at 15:31hrs in the vicinity of the bus stop and shop, but at 15:39hrs CCTV captured him walking down to the car park towards the pub again. His phone remained active until 19:00hrs that evening. Garda released the CCTV footage in a renewed appeal for information on the whereabouts of Thomas. His brother, Christopher has made it available to the public (link below). Despite land, sea and air searches being conducted of the immediate area and from Dunlaoghaire up as far as Clogherhead, no trace of Thomas has been found. His family have extended their searches to Holyhead and the Isle of Man. They said that it is very unlike him not to get in contact with them and are extremely worried for his safety and wellbeing. His brother Christopher urges the public to help search for Thomas, saying: “If you can help us, please do. The gardaí at Mountjoy are on alert so the more people looking, the better”. He has been known to frequent the Howth and Dollymount Strand areas. She eats a mix of wet and dry food. Luna absolutely loves travelling in the car with her head out the window. She is good on the lead and can get excited when she sees another dog. Luna is great with other dogs and likes to play, she will bark at first to say hello. Her best friends include a Pug, Pomeranian and a lab. She has never been around cats. Luna loves meeting new people. She loves all kind of treats and is not fussy. Luna understands commands such as paw, lie down, high 5, kiss and stay. Dagmara Hrabal walked onto an eating disorders ward at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal and saw something that should never happen in any hospital. Vulnerable patients. Physically restrained. Force-fed through tubes. At rates far above clinical guidelines. Far above what any comparable unit was recording. She put it in writing. Formally. Because that is what you are supposed to do. An investigation followed. The ward was restructured. The consultant left. And then they fired her. This is the Priory Group. The UK's largest private mental health provider. A company that takes over £2 billion a year from taxpayers. A company with criminal convictions for patient deaths. A company where three young women died within eight weeks of each other at this exact hospital in 2022. A company whose chief executive publicly disputed the CQC's findings after it rated Cheadle Royal inadequate. That is who Dagmara blew the whistle on. That is who fired her for doing it. She is now fighting them at Employment Tribunal. The final hearing is July 2026. She needs £10,000 by 15 June to cover case preparation and secure her barrister. I support every whistleblower who finds the courage to speak up. They are often the only source of truth we have. When institutions close ranks, when managers protect reputations over patients, when the official version of events bears no resemblance to what actually happened inside those walls, it is the person willing to put their name on a complaint who stands between the public and the cover-up.
