I’ve always had bad knees.
Impact sports, lifting, farm work, and an overall active lifestyle, have taken their toll.
6 months ago I finally had enough of the constant pain and discomfort. Pain when walking, sitting, laying down, and of course, doing what I loved: playing sports.
So, I went to a doctor. I was bounced around to four more doctors until the last doctor finally suggested that I simply… rest. I was ‘diagnosed’ with a small meniscus tear, infrapatella issues, and to cap it off, persistent patella tendinitis.
I was devastated.
I obliged and rested. For months. The pain subsided for a bit, I stopped playing the sports I love. I became depressed, but hey, at least my knee stopped hurting. I still haven’t returned to playing sports due to fear that it would flare up again and I’d be back at square one. I was careful, I did everything the doctors said.
Despire that, the pain is back, and it’s worse this time.
Unfortunately for me, there is no “cure”, but ‘pain can be managed’ with rest, ice, and pain medications. And it may come back, without causation, just like it did this week.
Of course surgery is an option. But most knee-related procedures have a high failure rate that often result in more pain, and as an otherwise healthy person in my 20s, all of the doctors I’ve seen have advised against it.
So now, I’m at a crossroads again. Should I choose to see another set of doctors that will all tell me the same thing and opt for another 6 months of rest and hope for the best, or should I look into alternative options, such as holistic medicine, stem cell therapy, peptides, and more experimental approaches?
To anyone that has ever lived with persistent and chronic pain without a resolution, I am so sorry, and I hope it gets better for you.

@AlienCatRider @morellifit How are you dosing? I have a 6lb cat that desperately needs to be on peptides immediately.

@morellifit This 12 year old gets GLOW 5 days a week.
He has more energy than a 2 year old Australian Shepard.

My 14 year old dog is brand new. Happens fast!

Weeny says hello everyone 👋🐾 He’s definitely not as mobile as he was even a week ago. We’re starting to look into wheelie carts for him. Right now we’re leaning toward K9 Carts or Walkin’ Wheels—would love any real feedback from people who’ve used them. Lil Wayne has degenerative myelopathy. He’s lost movement in one back leg, and the other isn’t far behind. Given that—what cart would be best for him? Just trying to give him the best shot at staying active as long as possible. ❤️🐾

@morellifit How do we dose it. I have a cat that needs to be on…I have all the peptides on hand. I have glow and all the same individually. What’s the dose per kg in weight? You injecting same as we do?

@KeruboSk @Cynthia84400444 I pretend I set an alarm in my head…wake up at that specific time, every time. Not sure how that works.

Do you think Tucker Carlson could become the next President?

@CoachDanGo I’ve been eating my last meal right before bed for 12 yrs…consistently stay at 8-12% (depending on season) year round.

How is it? I’ve never learned that they have temperature adjusting mattress pads. I’m not bougie probably why. But every night, around two or 3 AM I wake up sweating no matter what. Damn technology. Should I get one?
Rory Not Sorry@rorynotsorry
@hubermanlab How do you control your bed temperature? Am I missing something?

@Abhirajputfit This is 100% not true…the opposite actually. Engagement farming I assume.

@TerdFergus51211 @9mmsmg Haha. Know what you mean. I started lean at 175lb…lost 4-5lbs of what I assume was water and some inflammation in the first 2 days. Lost another 7-8lbs over the next 6 weeks following…seemed to be all fat. Last 3-4 mo have maintained at 165lb with less than ideal diet.

On my third day of retatrutide, starting at 2mg. I've had zero side effects, but my appetite is gone. Had to force myself to eat breakfast which was 8 Oz of sardines and a few slices of tomato. Normally this would not remotely fill be, but I'm stuffed. No food cravings, I just really don't want to eat.
Hitting protein goals is going to be a real struggle as I raise the dose. I have a feeling I'm going to be leaning on a lot of protein shakes.

Retatrutide does not directly “make your mind sharper”, “clearer”, or “increase focus”, just so we’re on the same page.
The only reason there is a claim for this is because it significantly aids, AIDS, in fat loss….and when you see the fat peel off, you become more driven. You are being rewarded in your brain for your hard work. You want to keep pushing.

@hodgetwins Bro…that intermittent fasting you were doing early on done fucked with y’all brain chemistry.
