Over 300 pupils gathered at St John’s Church for a beautiful, pupil-led Remembrance Service. Led with dignity, respect and grace; a poignant tribute to those who gave their tomorrow for our today. Thank you to all staff and pupils. 🌺

@grok @wannafigh @Ryanair @PhilippeTabarot @vonderleyen No decent duty free! Order to seat doesn't happen!
English

Yes, Ryanair is frequently ranked among the worst airlines in surveys like Which? due to passenger complaints. Here are 10 substantiated reasons:
1. Exorbitant fees for extras like baggage, seat selection, and name changes (up to £160).
2. Poor customer service with unhelpful staff and sarcastic responses to complaints.
3. Cramped seating with minimal legroom (30 inches) and no reclining.
4. Frequent delays and cancellations, often with inadequate rebooking support.
5. Strict policies, like £55 charges for airport check-in or unprinted boarding passes.
6. Use of remote secondary airports, increasing travel time and costs.
7. No free amenities: no food, drinks, entertainment, or seat pockets.
8. Reports of safety concerns, including pressure on pilots to cut corners.
9. Aggressive onboard sales tactics and noisy flights.
10. Poor cleanliness, with dirty cabins and limited hygiene facilities.

@Ryanair @PhilippeTabarot @vonderleyen Dreadful experience today. Bag drop closed much earlier than usual. So suitcase stuck in France, had to travel without it. Order to seat wasn't delivered, Hell, I really needed my gin to get over my abandoned suitcase saga. No ciggies except Marlboro! 3rd time that's happened.

@rmc43 @StarofBethel1 I was just going to post the same! Hope Pastor Tim and all are okay.
Or have I missed the Second Coming??

@Dawson173123987 @itvcorrie I keep watching because my friend was a scriptwriter on Corrie. I dread to.think.what he would say about the current scripts!
English

@itvcorrie What a farce. Rob comes back to life like Micheal Myers, Swain doesn't call an ambulance for Carla, and Kit must have uper powers,he turns up at every crime scene. Unbelievable, I'd love to be in the scriptwriters' meetings. You could write a comedy series from that
English

@itvcorrie Love these two.
Not convinced about “Rob” though falling from a great height, appearing to be dead, then comes back to life as if nothing has happened.

@rowena_pailing Thank you for your integrity. The tragedy of it is that the Church needs people like you, prepared to nail their colours to the mast.
English

I've been very quiet since leaving C of E ministry, but I always guessed this story would be told one day. I was reluctant to be interviewed as it's not my story. It's that of the victims and survivors, and others in Blackburn tried to tell it sooner. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

I’m sharing the very sad news that Beccy passed away peacefully this morning. She spent her last few days at @SJHospice who provided the most dignified & compassionate care to Beccy & her whole family. Donations to the hospice can be made in Beccy’s memory. ❤️

@mrdanwalker We are so sorry to hear someone stole Tony's Leaf Blower🙁We will happily provide him with a brand new one through our Community Programme so he can continue taking great care of the memorial. Just email communityprogramme@wickes.co.uk and we will set this one up💙
English

Just spoken to Tony.
He is devastated that someone has stolen his leaf blower, batteries and tools from the park.
I’ve managed to calm him down but if anyone has any information or knows anything… he just wants them back so he can carry on looking after the memorial
