The Sunday Times Columnist Dominc Lawson recounts the time he shared a table with Nigel Farage and a joke at Farage’s expense didn’t go over very well. “He actually turned white with anger. I mean the color drained from his face.”

Proud to join 250,000 people on the streets of London today to commemorate the Nakba and stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people. For 78 years Palestinians have faced ethnic cleansing, occupation, apartheid and genocidal violence - but the struggle for liberation continues. From London to Gaza, we say: from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free 🇵🇸

Saw quite a few red triangles at the Nakba march, including on sale. “The symbol first appeared in propaganda videos from the al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas's military wing, marking Israeli military targets with inverted red triangles. Since then, it has evolved in anti-Zionist content to represent Hamas itself and glorify violence—appearing in memes and cartoons placed over Israeli soldiers or cutting through a Star of David to imply or call for targeted violence. This content spreads across X, Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok.” Source: adl.org/resources/back…

90% of the attendees at UTK were well-behaved, well-meaning ordinary British patriots. Sadly, the other 10% acted like muppets – pissing in the street, smoking weed, waving foreign flags and nicking booze from shops. As nationalists, we need to set an example. We can’t say ‘we want our country and culture back’ and then condone behaviour similar to that of the immigrants who’ve ruined our towns and cities. Overall, the march was a success, with zero violence and the vast majority exceptionally well behaved. I’d estimate around 300,000 people – nowhere near the millions Tommy is claiming, but certainly more than the media’s 50,000 estimate. A huge positive is that the attendees are clearly moving away from civic nationalism.

@legcutter54 Is this your way of saying that it’s ok for Farage to be a corrupt liar? Weird.

Farage lies with extreme confidence for the same reason that Johnson lied with extreme confidence. They’ve both lied and cheated throughout their lives and no one ever called them out until they were in their 60s.

I’ll always champion peaceful protest. But the Unite the Kingdom march organisers are peddling hatred and division. We’ve already blocked visas for far-right agitators who want to come here to spew their extremist views. They don't speak for the decent, fair, respectful Britain I know.

@NormanBrennan The idea senior officers are winding up officers to get stuck in for no reason is an outright lie. Briefings will be about keeping the peace in a low a key way. They will though get intelligence about the few nutters who are going for trouble. If they start the police will finish

Folks to be fair I don’t really agree with some of this👇the police I know Don’t want to crack heads they truly don’t contrary to popular belief; I’ve posted My message about tomorrow I it’s to enjoy the day don’t abuse/insult the police or give them A REASON to arrest or confront you as yes it so often ends badly; I went to the last London Rally as an INDEPENDENT Observer & I absolutely DID enjoy the day & meeting people from all over the UK; I have commitments so can’t go tomorrow; but I will be going to the next one;👇🤷‍♂️

My wife slept at her boyfriend's place and came back with a black eye "What happened?!" I asked "Omar hit me. I want to call the police" she said crying I hugged her "No need to bother police officers" I said calmly She looked at me, shaking "Omar is North African. That’s just how their men are, passionate and dominant" I said "But he really hurt me" she said "Sweetheart, you chose a real man. You told me you loved how rough he gets and how he takes control" "Yes, but..." "You can’t impose your Western feminist standards on him. Don’t take it personally, baby" I kissed her forehead, she still smelled like his sweat Of course violence is bad, but we can’t judge other cultures by our Western standards

Badenoch excerpt here: "Getting to number ten is not an award for being in a game show. This is not Strictly Come Dancing and despite appearances, it's not traitors either. If you are a housing secretary who can't work out her housing taxes, if you are a health secretary who can only cut waiting lists by deleting names from the waiting list. If you are Gordon Brown's former Chief Secretary to the Treasury, and you think the bond markets are a hoax, I can assure you that being Prime Minister is going to be a lot tougher."
Beth Rigby@BethRigby

Starmer having a bit of a joke about Badenoch's blistering assessment of his predicament. Thanks her for "the usual warm and generous nature of her contribution" "In difficult days her in put is always a ray of sunshine" little moment of levity that makes MPs laugh
