MNS when power in Nashik, built 70 MLD capacity Sewage treatment plant to make sure 95% of the sewage water is treated before being released into the river. What about the river in your city? Better? worse? #Mumbai #Pune #Nashik #Thane #KDMC
MNS Report English@MNSReportEng

Nashik was the only Municipal Corporation during 2012-2017 which did not face any corruption accusations. Which was the ruling party then? MNS, of course! What about your city? Have you ever seen a non-corrupt ruling party in your city? #Mumbai #Pune #Nashik #Thane #KDMC

Here are 6 reasons it’s not big news yet: 1. MLA of Vasaiis from BJP 2. MLA of Nalasopara is from BJP 3. MP of Palghar is from BJP 4. MLC is from Shinde faction 5. Municipal commissioner is BJP appointed 6. The chief minister is from BJP
Godman Chikna@Madan_Chikna

Why this is not the big news yet? People have lost so much in last 1 week in Virar, Vasai and Nalasopara. The water is not getting drained, no electricity in major parts of those areas. The areas are just 1 hour away from Mumbai.

Ravet and surrounding area with multi storey societies in PMC/pcmc have been without electricity for 4-5 days. Many areas in Vasai Virar was without electricity for a couple of days. But CM thinks people are insulting Maharashtra. No, it’s the incompetent governance that is insulting and defaming Maharashtra! He says people should work from home in case of heavy rain and says action will be taken against companies but how are people supposed to work from home without electricity for days in city like Pune??? BJP IT cell was claiming there was no damage to missing link but was also quick to take credit for restarting the highway within 24 hours. Who is going to take the ownership and accountability for failing to restore electricity even after 4-5 days?

#FoodForThought This video by @jay4oceans explains how the Waste Cement Slurry from the numerous construction sites across #Mumbai are discharged into Storm Water Drains, which later harden & choke the drain pipes.... resulting in unprecedented Flooding Across Mumbai and even at never before flood prone areas. With the numerous construction activity across the city,. unless this is checked/controlled ....Flooding may go out of Control. #MumbaiFloods #MumbaiRains #BuilderMafia

This is Ratnagiri railway station. Just a few months ago, it had undergone beautification and renovation. A part of that same renovation has collapsed yesterday. Guess what.. It had collapsed just before that inauguration too! Systemic corruption is evident across our entire infrastructure network!

BJP people keep supporting everything that their leadership supports until it comes to their own home. All of BJP supported Jains on the pigeon fiasco in Mumbai. But last year BJPs Chitra Wagh and today Ram Kadam spoke against pigeon feeding in residential area in MH assembly because they lost their dear ones to the lungs damage caused by pigeons.

Yet another example of lack of communication from the govt about missing link and Mumbai Pune express way closure. Gave no information at Atal setu entrance from Mumbai side, allowed people to cross Atal Setu, slammed them with 250rs toll and then asked them to go back to Mumbai, so that is another 250rs toll in reverse direction. 500 rs for not being able to go to Pune. One wonders, is the govt itself here to scam its people?

Missing link sees potholes in 2-3 months after its opening. Thousand of crores were spent, projected as Infra Man Devabhau’s pet project, massive PR exercise. Project this big has such a low quality and we expect normal roads in city to be pothole free.🫡

Ameet Satam laughed at the death of two innocent Mumbaikars. But it’s not his first time. Listen to his language here. How can bjp claim to be a party with difference after appointing him as Mumbai BJP president. How can Devendra Fadnavis stay silent?

While this is the story of many temples across India, what can be said about a government that feigns sleep, ignoring the alarm raised by a private auditing firm regarding potential misappropriation of funds at this very temple? First foreign invaders looted these temples for centuries, now are Hindus themselves looting their own temples in some twisted form of retribution? And yet, neither the Prime Minister, the Home Minister, nor a single leader from the Centre is willing to speak up? Or is the usual game of ‘Shah’-Kat Shah (Marathi for chess moves or political one-upmanship), playing out here as well? Assembly elections are due in Uttar Pradesh next year. The opposition will certainly raise this issue then. This would inevitably corner Yogi Adityanath, potentially causing him some damage and stalling his Prime Ministerial ambitions. While this is one possibility, the repercussions of the ongoing internal power struggle within the BJP regarding ‘who comes next’, could manifest anywhere, ranging from the poaching of MPs and MLAs to temples. The country's Home Minister, Amit Shah, is currently preoccupied with hazy dreams of how to dismantle opposition parties and ascend to the Prime Minister's chair as soon as possible; consequently, in his view, there is no reason to attach any importance to what is happening in the abode of Lord Ram. The Hindu public deserves accountability for the blow dealt to their faith. Those who turned a blind eye while all this was happening must face severe punishment. I believe the Prime Minister’s intentions are sincere, at least in this regard, but good intentions alone are not enough; action is expected. Otherwise, it will have to be said that you and your party, driven once again by the lure of the throne, have sent Lord Ram into exile and pushed his devotees into the Saryu River. Raj Thackeray

There is no proper accounting of the funds and jewelry received as donations in the *hundi* (offering box) of the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, and there is a distinct possibility of embezzlement. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the matter confirmed this in its preliminary report, and some accused individuals were arrested. I had wanted to write about this since the news first broke, but I was waiting to see how the case unfolded and what lay beneath the headlines. The country's Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has maintained his characteristic silence on this issue. It is not just Shri Narendra Modi; not a single minister in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government has uttered a word about it. Do those who ascended the throne of power in the name of Lord Ram feel nothing about this embezzlement? Has the constant stealing of MPs, MLAs, and office-bearers from other parties made them so habituated to theft of donations made by devotees at the Lord's doorstep? Or is Lord Ram being pushed back into exile because in 2024 people rejected the BJP in Ayodhya? When the Ram Temple was built in Ayodhya, crores of Hindus across the country experienced immense joy. Hindus had harbored a deep sense of anguish since, Centuries ago, a mosque had been erected after demolishing the temple at the birthplace of the ‘Maryada Purushottam’ (the Ideal Man). In the 1980s, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and other organizations launched the Ram Janmabhoomi movement. Hindus across the nation rallied behind this movement to uphold their cultural and religious identity. Ordinary Hindus provided financial support. ‘Kar Sevaks’ offered their service, and countless even sacrificed their lives for the cause. The memory of their bodies floating in the Sarayu River remains vivid to this day. This movement did not belong to any single organization, nor was it solely the Bharatiya Janata Party's (despite their claims to the contrary); Shiv Sainiks participated in large numbers. Indeed, they were at the forefront. Yet not a single leader at the time, not even Balasaheb, sought to claim credit for this movement of Hindu resurgence. Eventually, the Supreme Court delivered its verdict, clearing the path for the construction of the Ram Mandir at the site of the mosque. However, when the time came for the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ (consecration) of Ram Lalla, the Prime Minister performed the rituals alone; no one else was present in the sanctum sanctorum. If you claim exclusive rights over the deity, do you not also bear the responsibility to address the misappropriation of funds and to reassure the people? Fundamentally, the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya belongs to the crores of Hindus, Sadhus, saints, and Kar Sevaks of this country. When people offer money, jewelry, or gold, whether as a donation or an act of faith, those offerings carry the scent of hard-earned sweat and are imbued with the sanctity of devotion. Countless women devotees, when they offered gold and jewelry, may have parted with their personal assets passed down through generations. This was an expression of gratitude by devotees who believed that everything they possessed was due to the grace of Shri Ram. However, there is one thing I fail to understand: it is said that life is infused into the stone idols of our gods and goddesses during their consecration. Why, then, do the celestial weapons held by these deities - such as swords, bows and arrows, maces, and the chakras - not deal with these monsters of men? Or has the ‘stone’ been infused into the devotees themselves? I believe this incident has once again made devotees realize that the offerings made with such faith do not reach the deity but instead line the pockets and fill the bellies of the trustees and priests. Worship the gods and goddesses, certainly, but do not worship these trustees or those who engage in politics through this medium, and do not place any offerings in their hands.
