@ZavviUS keeps closing my support ticket for an order three months late. The matter is not resolved. I'm still waiting.

@ZavviUS still waiting for my order that was supposed to be delivered in October. Have gone back and forth with support a half dozen times now, but seemingly no movement.

@USPS destroyed a Christmas package before delivery, but since it doesn't have insurance I have no recourse. Seems kinda messed up

@VerizonSupport ...and the sixth agent I've spoken to makes it seem like the answer is no. "The device isn't backordered" so they CAN send me one, they just don't want to. They are unable to cancel the order until an investigation takes place? @VerizonSupport
