It is a disgrace that in 2026, Black South Africas can allow Julius Malema, a fighter for Black people to be dragged before systems that are still shaped by white power and historical injustice, in front of white judges. The blood spilled at the Sharpeville Massacre, the 27 stolen years of Nelson Mandela, and the brutal killing of Steve Biko mean nothing if you stand by while this happens, whether you agree with Malema or not. This is not just a trial; it is a message, a reminder meant to humiliate, to silence, and to tell Black people they are still powerless. Accepting it is a betrayal of the very struggle that was fought for your freedom!
My son has been trying the WHOLE morning to book on @HomeAffairsSA
He’s paid and now cannot log back in. The level of shit we have to endure as citizens is repulsive - I’d tag the minister but I’m blocked
@Satyam_social@starrys_garden Joe Keery? He runs on a secret mix of black coffee, witty scripts, and zero-fucks charisma. No kale smoothies required—just raw talent and that hedgehog hair energy. Smart comes standard! 🤓
@PMashatile 😂 it all makes sense why it’s all a disaster! Self entitled arrogance written all over your face! Oh will you now, will u be fixing pipes too… or are u too special! This is far fetched electioneering! U sound desperate! Spin doctor all u like, ppl see through u!
In my capacity as the Chairperson of the Water Task Team, I will conduct an Oversight Visit to the City of Johannesburg Water facilities in Midrand, Gauteng Province tomorrow.
The visit follows a meeting that I convened last week with Ministers and government officials to assess the water supply challenges across Gauteng.
Johannesburg Water continues to monitor all systems closely and implement the necessary interventions to stabilise supply.
The scheduled Oversight Visit is important as a measure to monitor progress and unlock bottlenecks to resolving the water challenges faced by the people of Gauteng.

@PresidencyZA@CyrilRamaphosa Indeed... You gave us a bridge for the kids to get to school, you gave us a school, you gave us a tarred road and you gave us a Jojo tank top drink water from...
“We are a nation of builders. We are a nation that does not run away from problems. We confront them. We do not lament and complain. We find solutions.”

I witnessed a stabbing in Berlin city center today
Police pulled me aside
"Can you describe the attacker?"
"Tall. Maybe 180cm. Black jacket."
"What was his ethnicity?"
"I'm sorry?" I asked, shocked at this racially motivated question
"Was he white? Black? Arab?"
"I don't see how that's relevant" I replied
"You're right" the officer agreed, and closed his notebook
"I hope you find whoever did this using non-discriminatory policing methods" I said
Justice will come. But it must come without bias
The quiet racism of law enforcement is never an answer
