This is exactly the kind of half-truth that deceives people. Yes, Islam acknowledges Jesus, but it denies who He truly is, the Son of God, God in the flesh, crucified and risen, which is the very heart of the gospel. A “Jesus” who is only a prophet and not Savior is not the same Jesus of the Bible, and a message that strips Him of His divinity and redemptive work does not honor Him, it opposes Him. When Tucker Carlson promotes that kind of distortion, it shows a willingness to blur truth at the highest level, and that makes anything he says deeply suspect.

The student editors criticized the choice of Charlie as a speaker since he did not have a college education, and they openly mocked what they portrayed would be a redneck hootenany of a graduation ceremony.
