@robintracy13 I was on a chat with their support for about 2 hours. They can't offer you an operating flight in the 14 days, nor can they cover any substitute with a different carrier. I was then persuaded to refund, but they just canceled, and I didn't receive anything, not even an email.

@canopy_mg @qatarairways Don't do that, the support will give you no answer, they can't offer you any sensible rebooking, just scam to cancel your flight without refund.

@qatarairways Any updates on flights from Thailand that have a stop of in Doha then onto London. My daughter and boyfriend are due to fly on 7th March. Have looked at alternative flights but all are booked or cost of flight is over £5000. With a refund it doesn’t cover new flights

A further update will be provided on March 2 by 09:00 Doha time. @etihad - All flights to and from Abu Dhabi are suspended until 02:00 UAE time on Monday 2 March.

@agnesbakker @Le___G @qatarairways I'm like yeah, it's unconvenient that I am stuck in Asia with my flight paid for 6th march, but I understand that nobody could have expected that to happen and the staff is in as much in shock as we all are and I don't envy the work they have before them. I am safe, they are not.
