@hubermanlab in a podcast, you cited a study where listening to a tone while learning, then hearing that tone while sleeping retained more of the information. Would listening to music during sleep help in the learning of a new choreography (same song)?

@toddhenry Exactly. It lets people believe the problem is outside - not inside.

Why are there suddenly so many products designed like 1990’s tech aimed at helping people avoid distractions and notifications? I mean… as if we are helpless automatons and not adults with free will to make our own choices? I don’t get it.

@FitbitSupport my Sense 2 is syncing now, but Sun/Mon sleep data is missing and last night (M/T) did not pick up completely. Just an hour at the beginning of the night and 37 min right before I got up.
