I recognize that some people don’t have good feelings about Christmas or may have challenges in their personal lives - but I didn’t need to spend 30 dollars on ice cream to make my mom feel like shit on Christmas Eve. It’s been five hours since we were there and I’m still angry

@vanleeuwen stopped at one of your DC stores on Christmas Eve to treat my elderly mom and dad to what is arguably an expensive ice cream. The ice cream was delicious but the customer service was without question the worst I have ever experienced during my 53 years on Earth.
