Over past several years 70+ bills pushed thru the Legislature. Virtually impossible to get coverage because newspapers are so supported by investor/developers.

Thank you, Torrance, Redondo Beach and Carson, for calling the state out on bullsh#t pretense that dozens of laws pushed thru Sacto are intended to fix the affordable housing crisis. Rather, they are beautifully crafted to enhance profits for corporate investors + developers.

Avoiding a federal government shutdown in the middle of a pandemic and agreeing to a reasonable budget must continue to be our top priority. Tonight I voted for a short-term federal budget extension through March 11th to keep the government open during these critical times.
