@MamaThreads @ShieldVoC @AskLyft Speaking as a non Lyft driver..scheduled rides are actually looked at with disdain by drivers. For scheduleds they make the drivers show up 20 or more minutes early, which peeves drivers and that is very likely why everyone cancels on you...they discover the scheduled and say no.

@AskLyft Waiting at train station for a ride. Scheduled in advance. Gone through four (make that 5 now) drivers. Not encouraging. Still have to wait another 15 min. Why can a drivers keep canceling? Not a good experience! #Lyft #fail #badcustomerservice
