@ADT the 10th person I spoke to was finally able to resolve my issue (Allison). Person 9 (Santiago) was the only rep to transfer me to the right dept & explain my issue to them so I didn’t have to start all over again. These 2 reps are the only ones that shouldn’t be fired.
@ADT I am speaking to the 9th rep & they are transferring me again😡. I have asked to speak to a supervisor/manager & these idiots keep sending me to the main number having me start all over AGAIN! Why are they so afraid of me reporting their failure to mgt?!?
@LawrenceBJones3 I’m a fellow Texan watching F&F while recovering from a ski injury. Learning to ski as an adult is big disadvantage. The kids don’t have the “fear factor” we have. Take a private lesson and ski with confidence. Don’t blow your ACL like I did. Good luck!

@AmericanAir & Robert Isom: I dare you & the execs to fly like us for 3 months. 1st class ok, but when your flight gets cancelled and/or luggage misplaced don’t call your assistant, call the 1-800 the rest of us folks use. It will help your company and make you a better person.
