“With mounting evidence that mifepristone is much more dangerous than the FDA ever acknowledged, it’s shocking that the Trump Administration has adopted such an aggressively pro-abortion stance: it approved a new generic mifepristone, it is claiming States should be barred from bringing their suit against mifepristone, and it is even fighting against AAF in court not to release mifepristone documents demanded by Congress.” - @MarcWheat AAF's General Counsel
Katelyn Walls Shelton@AnnaKateShelt

“President Trump’s very own pollsters report that 70% of likely voters favor a required in-person visit for abortion drugs, and 90% support updating the label to reflect real-world risk.” So why is he defending Biden-era abortion pill policies in court? My latest for @WNGdotorg.

Despite President Trump’s claims, history shows that Section 122 does not justify his new tariffs. Time to Get Back to Free Trade with free Nations!🇺🇸 Great Analysis on the latest round of Tariffs by @AAFLegal👇nationalreview.com/2026/03/no-mr-…

Remember Tonka Trucks, Care Bears, and Lincoln Logs? Thank you, Liberty Justice Center, for representing the company behind these beloved American toys against illegal tariffs under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974. No President has ever imposed tariffs under Section 122 because the provision was obsolete the moment it was enacted.
Liberty Justice Center@LJCenter

BREAKING: LJC has filed a NEW lawsuit challenging the administration’s latest attempt to impose sweeping global tariffs—this time under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974—just weeks after SCOTUS struck down the administration’s IEEPA tariffs.

It’s pretty notable that former Vice President Mike Pence has been on both CNN and Fox News providing a more articulate and coherent defense of President Trump’s operation in Iran than many of the regular Trump surrogates, save for Marco Rubio.

Late on Friday, the U.S. Department of Justice moved to dismiss Missouri v. FDA, doubling down on its claim that pro-life states and women harmed by abortion drugs lack standing and are not suffering ongoing harm from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Covid-era policy of allowing deadly abortion drugs to be sent in the mail. What is even more remarkable is Gov Spanberger’s EO barred the Va Dept of Corrections from notifying ICE, which only applies CONVICTED FELONS here illegally already serving a felony prison sentence. Spanberger would rather protect illegal aliens convicted of violent felonies than cooperate with federal authorities. Radical doesn’t begin to describe how reckless for public safety this policy championed by leftwing politicians in Richmond.
Bill Melugin@BillMelugin_

Gov. Spanberger's office tells @NickMinock she won't honor an ICE detainer for an illegal alien with 30+ prior arrests, including rape, who is accused of murdering a woman at a bus stop. She wants ICE to get a judicial warrant - which isn't possible unless there is suspicion of *FEDERAL CRIME*. Murder, rape, etc are largely state crimes. It's remarkable how few politicians understand how this works. A federal judicial warrant can only be signed off on by a federal judge if there is probable cause that a FEDERAL CRIME has been committed.

The murder of Stephanie Minter in Fairfax has turned into an unbelievably massive scandal. A newly released email shows that the Fairfax Police Department warned Commonwealth Attorney Steve Descano's office this past November about releasing illegal alien repeat offender Adbul Jalloh back into the community. They said "it's not a question of if, but when he will maliciously wound (or worse) again." And they were right. He murdered Stephanie Minter at a bus stop last week. Steve Descano and Abigail Spanberger have blood on their hands.
