My take: Carney won because he didn't lose. As the frontrunner the others had to take him down a peg or two and that didn't happen. PP was okay but oddly flat, as if he knows it may be over. Singh was definitely the outsider looking in (and why was one-note Blanchet even there?) #cdnpoli
