@Se_Railway is it possible to buy a return ticket using the app and then load it on to a keycard to use? I tried to do that but only got a code to collect at the station which, by the way didn’t work, so I had to buy another ticket and refund the one on the app for a £5 admin

@MarkOliver_ Hi Mark. Yes, if you have a Key Card attached to your Southeastern Account you should be able to select The Key as the delivery method and use it for both sections of the journey ^DR

Finally myth of #landbanking by housebuilders has been debunked by @CMAgovUK. I recall politicians of all colours making claims of land banking as far back as 2007 which the @HomeBuildersFed has always rebuked. Planning is the driver. It has also driven industry consolidation.

234,400 homes were built in 2022/23 (with skills shortages & materials capacity constraints issues) & demand fell 25-30% since then, resulting in job losses & factory closures so building 300,000 homes per year will not happen until the end of the decade at least...
