@SkyHelpTeam I have spent over 25,000 with sky over the last 20 years and the service is still crap. Forget this diamond membership crap as it means nothing. I suggest all moving to @virginmedia at least call them and see what you can get

@Nike @nikestore I bought 2 pairs of Nike Airforce 1 for my girls and both have worn away at the heel and cut both daughters feet. I called Nike who wanted an order number before they could go anything. I don’t have one they said tough. They are manufactured by Nike #dontbuynike

@SportsDirectUK I have just had the worst customer service from your Netherfield store, the manager was incredibly rude and wouldn’t speak to me until he’d finished his break. He wouldn’t return my sons trainers that I bought on the 8.8.22 said it was wear and tare!

@plumplayUK @Argos_Online I have been in arguing with both Argos and plum for 2 mths. I have a faulty trampoline in warranty that neither company will deal with. Please parents do not use plum for anything as they are dangerous. Look at there Facebook page and you won’t use them

@Argos_Online @plumplayUK I have bought a trampoline from ARGOS that is in faulty and while it’s still in warranty I won’t a refund. You have broken the law and gone against my consumer rights. All I hear is contact plum for help but they are a incompetent bunch of fools.

I have contacted you for the last 2 months and no help. I have just spoke to Elaine Riley on a 50 minute call and she says it’s not her problem. I will let everyone I know that @Argos_Online & @plumplayUK sell faulty childrens items that are harmful and they don’t care

With rising costs and mental health issues on the increase we have companies ripping paying consumers off. Please please tweet all your problems with @SportsDirectUK and make people aware cheap crap is not always best.

.@SportsDirectUK @SportsDirect_CS terrible experience, #Walthamstow store manager refusing refund/exchange on faulty #Skechers shoes bc >28 days old. Consumer Rights Act (2015) says he's wrong. Please reply to email. Not "mega value" if they fall apart! It shouldn't be this hard.

@SportsDirectUK it seems you are a little confused by distance selling regulations. Ordered trainers 20 mins ago but they won’t be here in time. Emailed to cancel but not possible. A buyer has the right to withdraw, free of charge, within 14 working days. Please cancel and refund

They delivered my parcel to the wrong address just down the road and then collected it from the wrong address and instead of walking down the road they delivered to me a week later. I complained and reply was basically we don’t care that’s life #rubbish

@plumplayUK I have been trying to get a replacement trampoline from plum play for weeks now and they either don’t reply or send wrong parts. The trampoline we bought has broken in a number of places and is dangerous to use. I call the lines are closed for training #dontusethem

I complained to @ForestGardenLtd initially and they offered a £50 refund. Since the panels have gone up they have got even worse. I complained again and was told nothing they can do. Please stay away from this company and DO NOT USE THEM as the material they use is very poor.

I bought fence panels from @ForestGardenLtd and paid a lot of money for them. They turned up broken and very poor quality. I was in a rush to get them up, I had a fencing company coming the following day. The company didn’t want to do them as they were so bad but did them.
