My family decided to join me so I purchased their flights as well and upgraded 1 daughter to sit with me. They got the same exact fare but were placed in group 3. Make it make sense please! @united

@united - hoping someone can clarify something for me. I purchased a flight at full price, also upgraded my seats. You guys put me in Group 5 boarding. Why? I literally paid full price + extra for upgraded seats in row 10.

You know what @United I’m upset and tired of being overlooked for silver status. Last year I literally flew 13 PQF!!! I’m a working mom, how am I supposed to fly 15 times in one year?!?!!! I couldn’t swing it in December and because of that I didn’t make status?!?! Whyyyyyy 🥺🥺

@united I swear I am done - you guys took my bag before I entered the flight. Made me check it in plane side with a green ta and lost the freaking bag. And now can’t locate it?? How? I don’t understand on top of f Delays, cancelations you freaking loose my bag all within 45 days.

I am currently sitting on yet another flight for a work trip and guess what? We are delayed! Causing me to get to my meeting late. I have two additional trips scheduled with United for Thursday and October but I am strongly reconsidering my loyalty given these repeated issues!!

Time of Arrival that they set was 3:10p. But I canceled at 3:01 (after being notified of that 3:25pm arrival time). Since I canceled early, I'm paying. And I'd just like to know if Jesus himself was going to deliver that pizza by 3:10p. Bc they driver they picked WAS NOT.

@JetBlue I paid over $500 per person for my family of 4 to fly to PUJ from EWR just to get a plane that’s seats don’t recline and has no outlets???? I’m seriously considering ending my relationship with this airline. Smfh
