You please do research and post. What you showed are parish priests. Please check what you said, bishops 👎 Bishops are the head of the district. They are the head of over 500+ churches, organisation and substations. A parish priest can go to any function even to any house for prayer or house visit. A parish priest is head to one church in a particular area. Also you shared priests are congregation, they can't even influence much like the diocese regiment. Diocesan synod pastors have full authority and get better positions. They stay within their boundary limits forever. Congregation priest usually move to any country, they have less slide power, but religiously equal.
