Be honest, which platform is the best for finding clients?

@Zinny_Edmund I would say Fiverr cos you don't need to spend on it except you want to, but upwork requires capital to buy some connect to send proposals, Level two seller on fiverr, but still trying to figure out upwork recently, I would say you the newbies should start with Fiverr first
