I eat clean so I don't need to track anything. Your clean eating includes - Handful of mixed nuts: 200 calories. Two spoons of peanut butter: 200 calories. Homemade ghee on everything: 150 calories. Fresh fruit after every meal: 150 calories. That's 700 untracked calories you added to an otherwise clean day without thinking twice. Clean food in a surplus still produces fat gain. Calories don't care about your intentions. You're not eating clean. You're eating unconsciously with better ingredients.

I’ll be telling people all of 2026... If your arms are not growing... You NEED to start doing Incline DB Curls. One of the BEST bicep exercises there is. Why? Huge stretch. Extended ROM (compared to standard curls). More emphasis on the long head. Easy to progressively overload. Form cue: Keep your elbows BEHIND your torso the entire set. Most people let the elbows drift forward and turn it into a completely different exercise. Do these properly and your biceps will LIGHT up.

Losing fat from a combination diet and strength training will make you look 1,000 times better than if you chose to combine diet with "cardio". Strength training is muscle building. "Cardio" is muscle wasting.
