If your arms are not growing...
You NEED to start doing Incline DB Curls.
One of the BEST bicep exercises there is.
Why?
Huge stretch.
Extended ROM (compared to standard curls).
More emphasis on the long head.
Easy to progressively overload.
Form cue:
Keep your elbows BEHIND your torso the entire set.
Most people let the elbows drift forward and turn it into a completely different exercise.
Do these properly and your biceps will LIGHT up.
