Meta is nuts rn. I never used any AI service or third-party platform on my account, yet my 5-year-old account got disabled out of nowhere. Even video verification didn’t help. Been stuck in the email loop since March. No help. Tried reaching out through agency contacts, nothing. Filed a grievance, nothing. Customer support, nothing. Made a secondary acc, they disabled that too. Ended up using my mom’s acc just to set up BM. Mine was a side project, but v imp. Can’t imagine what it’s like for people whose entire income depends on Meta, with no real point of contact there.

Really worried how Instagram pages / ad accounts etc can get banned on meta now. If this is related to using automated services then at our scale, there is absolutely no way to not use AI services for replying to queries.
