@Xenthio @asgrpww Well considering I spent about an hour trying to get most of the edges I wouldn't say it was easily reversible haha But anyway, the japanese version doesn't have the gradients and is consistent with the gameplay.

I've been trying to reverse engineer the font Valve uses in their logo. The closest I've been able to get so far is somewhere between DIN and Helvetica Narrow. I can't seem to get a pixel perfect match.

@Lewchube It seems they dialed back the perspective distortion on the camera to make the models look closer to their 2D reference artworks. But then the arenas ended up looking quite claustrophobic haha

I was looking back at this and realized something...if you rotate the map to be the "correct" orientation, the mountains and trees are upside down, most noticeably in the circled area here. Maybe the Pokemon did get it right, and the people of this universe defined N/S opposite!
