This woman rented an Airbnb in France, after she arrived from the airport, she goes upstairs to open the French door with the key the owner provided. He says he will get to it in the morning, in the meantime she has to check into a hotel. She wants a refund for the night she couldn’t stay there but he’s refusing and claiming it’s user error.
