These old DEC power centers are great - they plug into a NEMA L30P outlet, provide two full 30A circuits, a full breaker, switched and unswitched outlets, and a remote trigger. They sell for $100 or so on eBay and are way better than a regular power center, especially in a rack!

The journalist who took down Harvey Weinstein just spent 18 months investigating Sam Altman. And what he found out is genuinely insane: The people who built OpenAI went on record saying he can't be trusted with the future of humanity. A Microsoft executive even compared him to Bernie Madoff. This isn't just some hit piece. It's 100+ interviews, secret memos, HR documents, Slack messages, and private notes that had never been seen before. Here's everything you have to know about Ronan Farrow's investigation: Ilya Sutskever, OpenAI's former chief scientist and CO-FOUNDER, compiled 70 pages of internal evidence against Altman. Slack messages. HR files. Behavioral analysis. The word at the top of his list of Altman's "consistent patterns": lying. He sent the documents as disappearing messages because he was "terrified" someone would find them. They became legendary in Silicon Valley. Insiders just call them "the Ilya Memos." Dario Amodei, another co-founder who left to start Anthropic, kept his own private notes. One line: "The problem with OpenAI is Sam himself." Paul Graham, the man who RECRUITED Altman to run Y Combinator, told colleagues Altman had been "lying to us all the time." Multiple YC partners had complained about Altman's behavior by 2018. He was effectively forced out in 2019 despite publicly claiming for YEARS that he left voluntarily. Former board members described him as "unconstrained by truth." And the investigation found that Altman reportedly lied to the board about obtaining safety approvals for some of ChatGPT's most controversial features. That's the man running an $852 billion company with 900 million weekly users and a Pentagon contract. But here's where this gets really crazy: The New Yorker investigation dropped on Sunday. SAME DAY, Altman publishes a 13 page policy paper proposing robot taxes, a public wealth fund, and a four-day workweek. The most ambitious social policy document in OpenAI's history. Dropped within HOURS of the most damaging article ever written about him. That's not coincidence. Monday: Elon Musk files a court motion demanding Altman be REMOVED as CEO. He wants the for-profit conversion completely unwound. Then Friday at 3:45 AM: a 20yo throws a Molotov cocktail at Altman's San Francisco mansion. It bounces off the house. Lights the gate on fire. An hour later, same guy shows up at OpenAI HQ threatening to burn the building down. Police arrest him on the spot. Nobody was hurt. But within hours, Altman posts a photo of his husband and 1yo child on his blog. Writes that he hopes the image "might dissuade the next person." Then blames the New Yorker article for making things "more dangerous" for him. In 5 days, Altman went from the target of the most devastating investigation in tech history to the sympathetic father whose family was attacked. Now anyone who criticizes him has to do it in the shadow of a firebombing. The New Yorker spent 18 months building the case that Altman is dangerous. Altman turned it into the reason HE'S in danger. And none of this changes what Farrow actually found: - The co-founders don't trust him - The former board doesn't trust him - The chief scientist documented 70 pages of evidence and was too scared to send them through normal channels - Paul Graham says he was lied to - A Microsoft executive put him in the same sentence as Madoff The trial starts in 16 days. If Musk wins, the for-profit conversion gets unwound and Altman is removed. If Altman wins, the man that every person who helped build OpenAI has publicly warned about gets permanent, unchecked control of the most powerful AI company on Earth. Either way, one thing is now undeniable... The people closest to Sam Altman are the ones screaming the loudest warnings. And this week proved he knows exactly how to make sure nobody listens. Peak manipulation.

This is my kind of prediction👀
clif is antiselenite 🏴‍☠️@clif_high

so FYI...it's happening now in the background with my data sets suggesting it will be emerging but mostly overlooked in the pending peak chaos period beginning this Summer (think end of May through to end of September). The chaos is shown as persisting with real intensity through into late 2027, then fading off over the following 10 years. The emergence is indicated to be visible during this period as there will be small, and growing demonstrations of 'human bio-energetics' under conscious control. These demonstrations are indicated to be 'debunked' and not believed excepting by wacky conspiracy theorists, yet they will be repeated, will take over Youtube, and more people will become involved in this 'phenomena/movement' of 'demonstrable control of physical reality via human bio-energetics'. It's going to really cause Officaldom to shit sharp bricks. Don't worry, there will be a better name for this whole field of study of the 'vital energies' or 'animate energies'. The data has a subset that seems to be suggesting that the 'debunking/disbelief' factor will be amplified b/c this new emergence of old (human) skills will not come from Asia or India or those seats of ancient wisdom, but rather from a sparsely populated county in one of the 'fly over states'. Further the data is describing one of the first 'faces' of this emergence as being a guy who is so 'white bread middle America' that his achievements are discounted just because he's such a 'white nerd guy'.

So far this week: Trump threatened to wipe out a civilization on Tuesday. Announced a ceasefire on Wednesday. Israel leveled parts of Beirut on Thursday. Iran shut down the Strait of Hormuz, AGAIN. Gulf states are still intercepting drones. 13 American service members are dead. Over 3,400 Iranians killed. 1,500 dead in Lebanon. And this administration has the nerve to call this a win. They light the world on fire and then take credit for calling the fire department.

Hi fam. Thank you for all the love and prayers 🧡 it’s truly a miracle the baby and I are alive right now and I’m so grateful to my husband and medical team for making that happen. I’m in an enormous amount of pain and honestly having a hard time staying positive. I have an intense few months ahead of me with a healing and growing belly, and then delivery and whatever comes with that, and I just gotta say it, I’m scared. Scared, grateful, scarred, blessed. Everyone keeps telling me how tough I am but I don’t feel that way right now. Anyway, the only way forward is through and I just wanted to let you guys know how much your messages and well wishes have meant to me during this insane time in my life. So much love to all of you, this too shall pass 🧡

I love the coup stuff. Americans have no idea what a coup even is. They have not dug even one level deeper on J6. The reality on the ground and the story told in the media were two completely different things.

Almost everything you think you know about the history of technology and capitalism was warped by communist/luddite propaganda of the era. That's happening this time too.

@TimFVB @DylanRatigan This whole conversation started with a video of a woman purporting to be in Iran, who wasn't, and then another video of an Imam saying extremes things but no direct connection to the regime, then not actually answering Dylan's Q. If you are not a bot, you might as well be.

@DylanRatigan You feel comfortable criticizing both American political parties w/o risk. How do you feel about criticizing or insulting Islam? Would you feel like they would have a rational response in push back?

Since I am a long established opponent of both political parties with no history of discrimination based on race or gender I’m not sure how it’s relevant however, I do think that killing innocent people around the world, using artificial intelligence driven aerial bombardment to solve to make a potential problem of terrorism and nuclear weapons much much worse, while degrading the US global alliances and raising the underlying cost of everything on earth is not very compelling for me
Franklin's Valentine@TimFVB

@DylanRatigan Does it make it easier for you to accept what I’m saying knowing that I am a mixed race brown skinned American w/slave ancestry who has always voted Dem & started my political journey watching TYT since before Ana joined them? 😐🤷🏽‍♂️

Man makes a visual demonstration of how American bread is actually made Many Americans know our bread is toxic by now but they don’t really understand what the process of making it actually looks like and how bad it really is This is eye opening

This movie is going to be insane… American WSO ejects over Iran and spends ~48 hours hiding in the mountains while the IRGC hunts him. We cover him with 24/7 air support until US Special Ops can get to him, only for their Plan A planes to get stuck on the rural airstrip we setup deep in Iranian territory. They blow up the planes so Iran can’t recover them, fly in 3 new ones for extract, and still manage to get everyone home alive. No man left behind. 🇺🇸

🚨 FOIA documents reveal the EPA privately warned of a “grave threat to human health” after the Roseland, Louisiana chemical fire — while publicly claiming there was “no immediate threat.” Internal EPA records show officials urgently requested emergency funding to address contamination from the Smitty’s Supply fire, stating that “hazardous substances are unsecured in the environment and pose a grave threat to human health.” Nearby residential areas sit just half a mile from the site, and the agency warned that immediate response actions were required to prevent further risk to the public. Yet the same day those warnings were issued internally, the EPA released a joint public statement saying there was “no indication of any imminent threat to public health.” Independent environmental scientist Scott Smith says his testing supports the EPA’s private assessment. “They were right. It’s unfortunate they didn’t go public with it to protect the public,” Smith said. His analysis found extremely high dioxin levels, in some cases 18 times higher than what was recorded after the East Palestine train disaster. Residents say the consequences have been devastating. One Louisiana woman reported that after her husband entered the Tangipahoa River near the disaster site, he suddenly developed dementia-like symptoms and severe neurological issues. “He didn’t know who he was. He didn’t remember talking to me,” she said. The 43-year-old man had no prior history of asthma or cognitive problems, but was later diagnosed with asthma and has continued to deteriorate. According to locals, children have experienced nosebleeds, chemical burns, and seizures, while wildlife across the area has vanished. “The frogs still haven’t come back, and people are continuing to become sicker,” Smith warned.
