🚨UPDATE: No CLARITY Act Markup Scheduled For Next Week — Kevin Warsh Vote Now Set For Wednesday 🤯🇺🇸🔥 There is STILL no official word from @SenatorTimScott or @BankingGOP on scheduling a CLARITY Act markup for next week. 👀 Instead, the Senate Banking Committee is now set to VOTE Wednesday, April 29, on Fed Chair nominee Kevin Warsh. 😳 Committee leadership reportedly wanted to get the Warsh vote done BEFORE recess. ✅ So right now, CLARITY appears to be getting pushed behind the Fed nomination process. CLARITY Act hearing can technically still be scheduled up to THREE days in advance before the Senate heads into recess. 👀 According to multiple sources in both the industry and Senate, a markup is now NOT expected until at least the SECOND WEEK OF MAY.🔥 More to come.
