@QuestDX @questdiag @QuestDX_Allergy Quest I just walked out of your facility on Fairmount Rd in MD. The patient before me walked out and said “good luck, I got stuck 4x”. I waited for 30 mins and still did not see anyone. There was no one in the place but me.

@Walgreens we just hit the 40 min hold mark. Apparently they have a condition that does not allow them to answer the phone…if only they could get medicine for this.

@Walgreens Your pharmacy on Quarry Lake Drive in Maryland is the worst pharmacy in the history of medicine. People who go here have Stockholm syndrome. They just told me that my medicine won’t be ready, until tomorrow unless I come inside and wait for 30 minutes.

@Walgreens what am I “welcome” for? Not dying while trying to get my meds filled. You are a very polite company, I believe this is a front, to not fill prescriptions.

Just wanted to show you I’m waiting for over 22 + mins just to ask to fill my order today. I spoke to one of your techs, they transferred me to another tech. And I’m still on hold. Penicillin was invented faster.

@MrTireAuto made a return on Sept 29th, one day after I bought the tire. have not received my refund yet, no one can tell me how long. I used your automated system for a call back, I did not receive a call back. I have now been on hold for 14 mins. Customer service is a mess.
