UNECE is driving failure by legislating ADAS design. This cripples progress not only because they’re late(!), but because they oblige innovators to fall foul of the Bitter Lesson. Unless they flip their focus to results - overall system safety - blood will be on their hands.
FSD | Inside@die_wende_

🚘 Big moment for supervised autonomy: on 23 Oct 2025, the UNECE Task Force on ADAS (Session 42) will discuss final Phase 3 amendments to UN Regulation 171 — the rulebook that could finally allow FSD Supervised-style tech to be approved across Europe. #UNECE #GRVA #FSD #FsdEurope

John Cleese calls out BLM activists and liberals for staying silent on Christian massacres in Nigeria. “It looks rather as though Black Lives Don’t Matter.” The comedian has also called out the liberal media for their silence saying: “Also, writing about it would damage the image of the murderers who killed these poor people.”

It was built for British children, because it was in Britain At that time most British children were white To claim that was some kind of racist conspiracy is insane The BBC has a hidden agenda which is against the beliefs of the majority of British people

Dear @bbcnews - I am so tired of your anti-U.S. framing. In your latest updates, Lyse Doucet apparently knows what the U.S. "thinks". Her narrative? Iran strong, U.S. bad & weak. Can you just stop shoving your anti-western, pro-Islamist narratives down our throats. Enough!

I'm waking up with a headache and stiff neck this morning due to how violently anti-ICE activist, Chris Ostroushko, shoved me down yesterday. A second angle shows that he had to be held back by 5 men as he continued to charge at me. I didn't speak a word to him all day yet he repeatedly called me a bitch and very clearly looks like he wanted to violently hurt me even worse than he did. I'm happy to report that charges will be brought against this man, his wife and daughter.

Dear @elonmusk, It's profoundly unfair that islamic regime officials get to enjoy their social media accounts while there is a 44 day long internet blackout imposed on 90 million Iranians. Please consider suspending all official islamic regime state X accounts.

@OosGergVer @pbeisel Why must the cables be upgraded? Why could they not develop a “down-clocked” AI5 board that would fit AI3 space/power/thermal constraints, while being compatible with HW3 camera cables?

Phil the main upgrading challenge is neither changing the computer nor the cameras, it's upgrading of the cable harnesses (which is immensely labour intensive) to broadband. The power converter and the power harness also need to be upgraded. You practically have to disassemble the interior of the vehicles. Firmware is the only way to go. → Total estimated manhours: 8–20+ hours per vehicle (computer-only swap on native AI4 cars is ~2–4 hours; full harness/camera work pushes it into a multi-day “nightmare” for service centers). Tesla service writers have privately described it as extremely labor-intensive for a fleet of millions. Cost: $2,000–$5,000+ USD per vehicle. Fleet cost for 3 million vehicles: ~$6B–$15B x.com/i/grok/share/4…

FSD HW/SW Platforms Predictions/guesses: HW4 (AI4) vehicles will support Robotaxi (unsupervised FSD for Robotaxi). Cybercab will be moved to AI5 as soon as its available and will take priority (1st chip allocation). HW4 (AI4) vehicles will likely support customer-owned unsupervised. HW3 will NOT support any unsupervised version of FSD. A FSD supervised lite (version 14) will be the terminal release. As for HW3 vehicle upgrades: will be difficult. Its not just a board swap, its cameras too. I would think Tesla would be more inclined to offer incentives to purchase a new vehicle, but that is purely a business matter, not technical. And if they do, it will coincide with AI5 availability. In other words, HW3 -> AI5.

British feebleness in action once more. The U.K. should have strongly opposed this at the UN. Iran is a country that has no respect for the UN charter. Britain should be a leader in these forums which need reform and stand up against such unacceptable situations.

The evidence is unequivocal. The general public is still very misinformed when it comes to EV longevity. This 2019 Model 3 with 378K miles, owned by @Drive_Protected, is still on its original battery and motors. People think a battery replacement cost, if ever needed past the 8-year 120K warranty, is some unbelievable amount, but in reality it’s cheaper than most engines in comparable vehicles.

Hi Darren, I’m not “banging on”. I’m from a town where more girls were abused by Pakistani-Muslim rape gangs than anywhere else in the country. I was sexually abused by different men from the age of five. I grew up knowing which takeaways raped little girls. Which taxi companies changed their names whenever they had a ‘scandal’. Which estates to avoid walking through alone. I saw countless little girls like me being abandoned by society. Turning to drugs and alcohol and crime to numb the pain of the trauma they experienced. I experienced the industrial failure of victims by powerful people and organisations. I was asked by a detective from Operation Chalice if I “consented to sexual activity” at any point. I was told by my social worker that “my actions led me to where I was.” I’ve heard the horror stories that mirror my own from women 10, 20, 30, and even 40 years older than me. And I’m seeing those exact same stories being repeated with little girls today. So no, I’m not “banging on”. The majority of sex crimes are committed by white men because we are a majority white nation. But the sex crimes committed by migrants per capita is staggeringly high. Far higher than white men. We are facing a migrant rape epidemic. You, Darren, have the privilege of being able to sneer from your moral pedestal. Because you will NEVER experience what I did. Or what the millions of little girls like me are experiencing right now. You will never understand what it feels like. I will continue speaking out. I will continue exposing the truth. I will continue protecting victims. I will continue “banging on.” And I will not be silenced or shamed by the likes of you, Darren.

Ukrainians Only. Except for the Other 112 Countries. Britain created a visa scheme for Ukrainians fleeing Vladimir Putin's invasion. Nearly 3,500 non-Ukrainian nationals have since entered Britain under a scheme bearing the word Ukrainian on every form, drawn from 112 countries including Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria and Libya (Hymas, C., Tovey, M. and Butcher, B., The Telegraph, 11 April 2026). The Home Office calls this a family reunion provision. The rest of us might call it a border. The national security dimension alone should stop every minister in their tracks. Ken McCallum, head of MI5, has publicly confirmed that ISKP, the Islamic State affiliate operating primarily across Afghanistan and Iran, is the single greatest overseas Islamist terror threat to Britain. The same service tracked over twenty Iran-backed plots on British soil in a single year. These are not abstract warnings issued into a vacuum. They describe the precise countries of origin of people who have just entered the United Kingdom on Ukrainian visas, unvetted, under a scheme never designed to accommodate them. The judicial dimension is, if anything, more alarming. A Palestinian family, living in Egypt and therefore not in immediate danger, successfully argued before an immigration tribunal that their Article 8 right to family life entitled them to enter Britain through a Ukrainian refugee scheme. The Home Office's own lawyers warned the judge this would open the floodgates to anyone in any conflict zone with a relative in the UK. The judge admitted them anyway. Shabana Mahmood overturned the ruling on appeal, which is to her credit. But the architecture that produced the ruling remains entirely intact, ready to be used again by the next applicant with a sufficiently creative lawyer. This is the ECHR operating exactly as its critics have always described. Parliament creates a scheme with a defined purpose and defined eligibility. A judge decides that a broader interpretation of human rights law overrides that purpose. The democratic intent of the legislation is set aside. Ministers are left fighting rearguard actions in appeal courts while the precedent quietly embeds itself in case law. Starmer and his Attorney General Lord Hermer have repeatedly insisted Britain will not leave the ECHR. After today's revelations, they owe the public a precise explanation of how they intend to prevent this happening again without doing so. The broader picture is worse still. Britain currently has over 34,000 outstanding immigration appeals. The majority involve human rights claims used to frustrate removal. A government that cannot confine a Ukrainian visa scheme to Ukrainians, cannot deport foreign criminals without a years-long legal battle, and cannot close a route once the judiciary has opened it, does not have control of its borders. It has the appearance of control, maintained through press releases and ministerial statements, while the machinery of admission continues to operate on its own logic entirely independent of what Parliament intended. The government will point out that 3,464 represents a small fraction of the 279,000 visas issued under the scheme. The fraction is not the point. The countries of origin are the point. A system with no mechanism for distinguishing a Ukrainian fleeing Kyiv from an Afghan or Iranian entering on a family provision is not a security system. Every one of those 107 Iranians entered Britain in the same year their government was running assassination plots against British citizens on British soil. The Home Office knows this. MI5 has told them. A Ukrainian visa scheme that admits people from 112 countries is not a Ukrainian visa scheme. Somebody needs to explain what it is. "Ken McCallum, head of MI5, has publicly confirmed that ISKP, the Islamic State affiliate operating primarily across Afghanistan and Iran, is the single greatest overseas Islamist terror threat to Britain."

@Knesix @steve_bourget Indeed and presumably the importance of opening Hormuz becomes more about releasing trapped shipping capacity as it is about the oil currently on those ships.

I honestly thought this map was made up Hundreds of supertankers, the kind that carry two million barrels each, are currently racing toward the US Gulf Coast from every direction. Atlantic, Indian Ocean, around Africa, the scenic route, the "we were heading to Saudi Arabia but NVM" route. Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz and everyone panicked. Oil hit $126 a barrel. Gas hit $4 a gallon. Cable news did the thing where they put a red banner on screen and say "CRISIS" in a font that suggests you should be hoarding toilet paper. And then something happened that nobody in media seems interested in reporting, for obvious reasons. The world just... switched suppliers? Like changing your internet provider except the internet provider is the entire effing global energy economy. American oil exports are approaching record levels. Gulf Coast refineries are running at 95% capacity. Supertankers that were mid-ocean on their way to the Persian Gulf literally turned around and headed to Texas. That's not a metaphor. Ship tracking data shows them doing U-turns in the Indian Ocean. Meanwhile China, which was getting 45% of its oil imports through Hormuz and paying basement prices for sanctioned Iranian crude, is now competing with Japan and Europe for the same expensive American barrels. Chinese manufacturers are already raising prices 20% on goods headed to the US. So to summarize: Iran played its biggest card and the main result is that the United States became the world's emergency gas station and China's cheap energy subsidy evaporated. This is either the most elaborate coincidence in the history of geopolitics... or someone planned the sequence Venezuela -> Iran -> profits! I'll let you figure out which one

I can only admire your patience with people who display what can, by now, only be described as wilful ignorance. The colossal scale of the problem, the pervasiveness of the cover-up, and the “unfortunate” lack of record keeping around (or the mis-entering of) ethnicity, make it difficult to be confident that the majority of such crimes are committed by ethnic Brits as you concede here.

This photo was taken from behind at Royal Holloway Freshers’ Fair. I stood with the British flag and Star of David - welcoming Jewish students into an atmosphere already filled with “End Israeli apartheid”, “Genocide supporters”, “Boycott Israel”. What you don’t see: from late September to January, two students subjected me and my Jewish friend to almost daily harassment - sometimes 10+ no-caller-ID calls in an hour. Vile antisemitic, homophobic and sexualised abuse: “you love Israeli dck”, “obsessed with Jewish dck”, “I’ll be antisemitic with my full chest”. We reported it. We have evidence - voice recordings etc. We know who they are. University: “We can only act when the police do something.” Police were told in November. I signed a statement in February. They said they were looking at arrests. Promised me a call on 5 April. Still nothing - it’s now 11th April. Contrast that with my one light-hearted “tea towel” reply to a keffiyeh. I was suspended the next day. Missed 7 weeks of my degree. Now facing potential hate crime charges with the file at the CPS. Next slide 👉 a keffiyeh. Two photos. Two completely different stories. Two tiers of justice. @SurreyPolice please act on the reports I made. This has gone on long enough. Everyone is watching. Free speech and equal protection can’t be optional in Britain. I will NOT be silenced. 🇬🇧🇮🇱 #TwoTierJustice #FreeSpeech #RoyalHolloway #twotierpolice

Cybertruck is extremely comfortable on long trips especially thanks to: – Minimal body roll – Comfort Mode on FSD (gentler acceleration & braking, softer damping, smoother handling) – Air suspension + self-leveling keeping the truck flat even with load
Cybertruck@cybertruck

At high speeds, front and rear wheels turn in sync—allowing you to glide between lanes This translates to increased stability and reduces body roll that typically causes passenger discomfort
