Another performance unworthy of a Liverpool side. We got the perfect start and then faded away faster than the labour vote in the council elections. No passion on the field, no passion off it. It’s not just about the manager but the whole coaching staff and the players.

@lfcads2001 @PaulSenior1 I agree its better to have a scouser in the squad. Curtis is tidy but he's not a game changer off the bench, accepting that nobody has been this season. He's not a greater passer or a great tackler or a great dribbler. He's just ok at everything. We should expect more

@lfcads2001 @PaulSenior1 The only reason to keep Curtis is to help meet the homegrown number. If he was going to be a top class midfielder it would have happened by now. A good player but not a Vitinha. If we want to beat the best we need players as good.

@TaintlessRed What have we become?… LFC, 6 times winners, set up to defend in a CL QF. No attacking intent. No combinations. No taking the game to PSG. Relying on sporadic moments to even muster an attack let alone score.

@stehoare Hindsight is a great thing. Every person who has commented here would have rioted if LFC had let Mo go at the end of such a great season.
Isn't Mo playing wider to try to give him space to attack the fullback? Which he mostly fails to do.

I know others disagree and that's sound, but I think he's our best ever player. He's been miles off it this year, and he probably leaves in the summer, and I think that's best for all parties.
He can still contribute in these last few months but he shouldn't be playing every game. It would likely do him a favour too if he didn't have to play all the time (as long as he doesn't kick off again!)
