Maybe conservatives should be questioning why conservative MPs would choose to cross the floor instead of screaming and blaming mark carney. You don't leave a party that represents your values and beliefs just because someone bribes you. You leave because it doesn't represent who you are any more and the leader is a terrible one. So maybe when Liberals, their friends and families stop personally benefitting off the backs of hard working Canadians who keep falling behind then conservatives might not be so upset and against this. Because from where I sit, this whole thing reads like a closed-loop favour factory.
