@javilopen @TeamYouTube I mentioned that EU DSA law three times to them already. No response, ignoring it completely because they simply know that we (smaller channels) are not going to fight it on higher levels :) (time, money consuming stuff probably)

Hey @TeamYouTube, @YouTubeCreators! My channel @javilopen on YouTube got demonetized (wrongly IMHO) for "Inauthentic content": content that appears mass-produced / automated. Respectfully, I'd love to show what actually goes into each video (and if you are just randomly seeing this, it works kind of like a tutorial, because I'm showing some cool tricks in the screenshots 😉): 1/ Real human scripts and narratives 2/ Prompts crafted for hours until each image/video is "perfect"... well, perfection doesn't exist 3/ Hundreds of generations per shot / video (a video is 15 seconds maximum but each generation takes minutes), and I keep less than 5% of what I generate 4/ Strong edition (that takes several weeks for certain videos) in DaVinci Resolve / CapCut + plugins 5/ Color grading and post production 6/ Sometimes: real voice actors, foley artists (for the sounds), etc This is literally the opposite of mass-produced. Some of the piece takes weeks/months!!! Appeal already submitted. Hoping it reaches a human who can see the work 🙏 Reposts appreciated!

BREAKING: I am TRENDING for the second time this week on X. ...and not for a happy reason. I am a HUMAN creator who literally appears on camera and in my videos. Every single video I make takes hours to make. I was accused of being AI and having 'inauthentic content' (mass-produced). After HUGE outcry from the community in the last 2 weeks, Youtube FINALLY responded. They messaged me with HOPE. They told me after a mistake, I was welcomed back into the monetization program. I literally got emotional. 3.3 years, 60 million views, never a single issue. Finally, justice. Until almost an hour later. Youtube said OOPS and sent me another ai-generated denial. A denial I have already read, word-for-word, previously. The community is outraged. A human 'partner' of Youtube, literally emotionally manipulated for no reason. When all I ask for is a HUMAN review. This situation is getting way to out of hand. This needs a HUMAN. @TeamYoutube @YoutubeCreator @Youtube

@izzybeamon Everything you can think of on youtube can be banned for inauthentic content. Thats the funny part - youtube created this "rule" vague because they can do purges like this without a single explanations.

Won't this get demonetized for being too repetitive?

I'm starting to feel really defeated. All of my efforts to explain my processes are greeted with the same outcome -nobody actually listen. My heart stops in fear everytime I recieve an email, that that my main channel - main source of income - is next (also educative animations)

I've checked EVERY YouTube demonetization case for the past 2 weeks and found the pattern. Here's the REAL definition of "inauthentic content" and why it's not going away ⬇️

@_edgePL thats simply not true bro...I used my own designed voice - still got striked. People are getting demonetized EVEN WITH THEIR OWN REAL LIFE VOICES :D

DON'T USE eleven labs for your voiceover Most of those animated channel that put a lot of work into their videos get monetized because of the 11labs There are endless examples of that, both on short and long form But also there are better and cheaper alternatives...

Needles to say, I understand there is a lot of work behind it aswell! But saying that you got team of blender artists and animating all by hand won't help you win..

@TeamYouTube I just got my high-quality 3D channel wrongly demonetized for “Inauthentic Content,” and this is clearly an error. My channel is Jortx (@Jortx-HQ" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@Jortx-HQ), a premium 3D medieval cinematic channel built entirely around quality over quantity. It only has 5 videos for a reason: each one takes more than 10–15 days of real production work. You can verify this directly from the upload dates: there are gaps of 10, 15, even 20+ days between videos. This is not mass-produced content. It cannot be. According to YouTube’s own policy, “inauthentic content” refers to mass-produced, repetitive, template-based or easily replicable videos. My channel does not fit that definition in any way. Every video is created manually from scratch by a real team: a professional 3D animator, a high-level editor working in After Effects, and myself handling scripting, storytelling and creative direction. I write every script, design the narrative, and plan every scene before production starts. The 3D footage alone takes more than 10 days, built scene by scene with millimetric detail, original environments, and cinematic composition that feels closer to a film than a typical YouTube video. Then there are 5+ additional days of editing, where everything is carefully crafted: music transitions, emotional pacing, sound effects, structured chapters, and visual storytelling. The videos are not repetitive, each one has different scenes, different pacing, different tone, and different narrative focus. You can clearly see this just by watching them. All footage is processed and upscaled to 4K using expensive premium tools to improve the viewer experience. Every part of the process is designed for quality. We use Adobe After Effects, a paid Epidemic Sound subscription for licensed music, premium sound effects, and top-tier tools across the entire workflow. Even small details, like integrating the Jortx logo into scenes, are done manually. Nothing is automated. Every video is based on unique ideas that do not exist elsewhere, with cinematic execution and attention to detail visible in every frame. I have invested over $2,000 into these 5 videos alone, alongside ongoing costs in premium tools and production. The channel has generated almost no revenue. This was built out of passion for creating high-quality content, not for monetization. I have also been creating content on YouTube for over 3 years across multiple channels, with hundreds of thousands of subscribers and millions of views, and I have never received a single strike. My record is completely clean. Flagging this as “inauthentic content” directly contradicts YouTube’s own policy definitions. This is not repetitive, not mass-produced, and not low-effort content. It is the opposite. This decision also affects more than just one channel: it impacts an entire business where more than 10 people work full-time. An automated error like this puts real work and real livelihoods at risk. I am formally requesting a human review of this case and a clear explanation of what is being flagged. I am fully willing to provide any proof required: project files, After Effects files, raw 3D assets, scripts, timelines, invoices: anything needed to verify the authenticity of the work. 5. I sent an email + Twitter DM to TeamYouTube pointing out the inconsistency between "inauthentic content" and "reused content." Also, I hit them with EU law. Article 17, 20, 14, and 15 of the Digital Services Act demanding a detailed written explanation.

Today my YouTube channel just got re-monetized after being demonetized for inauthentic content. Here's exactly how I fixed it ⬇️ (THREAD)

Wasn't even fully monetized, I just had membership turned on :D All I'm getting are vague, copy-paste AI responses from "specialists" that don't even exists or look at my channel at all. @TeamYouTube @YouTube don't even care about smaller channels.

YT Monetization UPDATE: I was finally monetized today after the 90 day reapplication. So in total I had to wait (90 days + 10 days Review time) for the channel to be remonetized. So happy that the changes worked out for my Dinosaur Gaming channel. I'm really thankful to all the Creators and to the DCU Community (Admin ID: @allysonfan20) who shared advice and supported during this tough time. I will make a separate post on the changes that I did to the channel to get approved, please read through and I hope it will be helpful. Hi @Teamyoutube, Thanks again for the review and accepting me back into the program. Can you please DM me, I have secondary channels that are suspended due to the related channel. Since my Main channel is now approved, I hope the related suspension can be removed? Can you please check and manually clear it off from your end. Thank you.

Finally, YouTube decided to re-monetize my channel. I want to give a huge thanks to everyone who tagged team youtube and who reposted my posts. Thanks to my mentor @timdanilovhi Everyone in @yt_igm s community @jackazoo who told me that the EU has specific laws to protect creators, and thats also the laws I sent to YouTube, which I think played a big role. And I really hope @TeamYouTube does the same to all of the other channels which have been demonetized and aren't actually authentic content.
