This was the most magical of evenings. Olivia and Chloe had come to see Grease in London and we had dinner together afterwards. I was so excited and in awe, she was my childhood. I now start my own battle with this disease and am left feeling deeply moved. #OliviaNewtonJohn

@AmazonHelp Thanks feel this chap has lied today apparently he investigated it in less than 1 minute. Also, still have received no feedback from an earlier complaint when one of your drivers let themselves into my front door dumped my stuff and didn’t shut door properly and my dogs escaped!

@AmazonHelp Thanks for replying so quickly. It’s been a variety of errors recently and I have tried to retrust your drivers but I’m having no luck. I’ve just been told that you guys do not have a complaints team or email, surely this isn’t the case?

@HelloFreshUK very disappointed in your service. Refund processed 28th Jan. not received bank contacted as you told me to, no refund. Told me your error refund should have been done on card payment was made. Your team have told me today made onto a card that I have never even had

@Ladbrokes what a farce of a customer services! Been fobbed off initially to then be told being looked into to then having my chat disconnected for absolutely no reason. Been understanding and reasonable to the staff on chat as I know what it is like. Chocolate and teapot!
