Thanks all. I've been doing inclines for months. 17" chair seat latest. My triceps we virtually non-existent when I started. Just two weeks into core. Also I had to work through shoulder clicking but I'm better. Will keep going.
Okay, this is embarrassing but I have to start somewhere. My form is really bad and my upper body strength is not great yet. What is up with my butt. Please tell me everything that is wrong because I am going to conquer push-ups in Q1 2021. Here goes:
