@AskDyson I've had two stick Dyson's in the last 8 years both have failed. Latest V11 major failure not turning the heads anymore just on 5yrs. Dyson support not helpful, just offer replacement head at full cost. Is this the expected life of the vacuum?

@iiNet Ok finally got through to @iinet support and @iinet exchange sending to @gmail is a known problem. Why they don’t update on website I cannot understand. Instead they waste our time calling to get updates.

@iiNet There is not even any way to know how long before I get answered. It does not even say what number in the queue that I am. For a technology company it is a bit disappointing.

@Westpac Grace I’m not sure how to DM. Is there anyone that can just call me. I’ve once asked for a call back on the home loans part of your website - got not response (a black hole). I also called the home loans team. In the end they told me I would have to be called back. Never happened

@Westpac I have contacted Westpac twice in the last four months and was told I would get a call back. Never happened. Not feeling valued. Tried to make a complaint on the App; after entering all the complaint information the App said I cannot complain. Ready for a change.
