@Sosowski Depends on how you define lightweight. Chromium based browser are very responsive(in my opinion way more than FF), but they eat a lot of ram. Personally I like using brave because it comes preinstalled with a good adblocker

@Waffl3x @ChShersh @tswain555 Maybe some compilers make it safe but I don't think the standard guarantees it unlike C++11. In the case I've described the bug was caused by a singleton not being thread-safe causing rare race which lead to double-free and then bsod because of it

@MichaD749947 @ChShersh @tswain555 Should be thread safe in local static variables, but I'm not sure if that is the case for freestanding. Also it might not actually be what you want anyway

@Waffl3x @ChShersh @tswain555 Nope, C is very simple language, it's standard does not have such thread-safety guarantees, so you won't be mislead in such way. The worst part here is that you won't find any clear info about this msvc cpp limitation in ms documentation

@Waffl3x @ChShersh @tswain555 MSVC for drivers is not fully aligned with cpp standard and those limitations aren't documented well. I already had to debug/fix a few bugs because of it. One example is the static object initialization. It's thread safe since C++11 but it's not in kernel

To pieniądze, jakie już dawno powinny były trafiać na konta polskich twórców za kopiowanie ich pracy. To nie jest nowe prawo, tylko aktualizacja przepisów sprzed ponad dwudziestu lat. Podobne regulacje w innych krajach Europy nie miały negatywnego wpływu na ceny urządzeń. To naprawdę nie jest trudne do zrozumienia - wystarczy odrzucić mity i poruszać się w świecie faktów. @personcom6 @DefiantLs What makes you think that it would only be/more under reported there compared to western countries? Many muslims don't even recognize martial rape, so I guess that this problems is also bigger in the western europe.

@personcom6 @DefiantLs Man, Poland and Hungary aren't some 3rd world countries. Law is enforced there I'd even say that it's much more enforced than in most of the western countries. It's yet another reason why it's safe here.

Niestety, ale o tym już pisałem rok temu. AI położy nasze software house’y, ponieważ bazowały one na jednym czynniku - cenie i dostępności. Nie było tam nigdy innowacji, poza tymi jak wcisnąć klientowi juniora w cenie seniora. Ciekaw jestem, czy są jeszcze jakieś branże w Polsce, które mogą być zagrożone przez AI?

W 2016 roku babka chciała do wglądu umowę z pracodawcą i glupia jej dałam, a ta, że mi 4k nie starczą na utrzymanie, więc nie wynajęła mi XD (pokój kosztował 800zl)
